Consumer Rights Act 2015
1.1 We are under a legal duty to supply the Member Services in conformity with these Terms and Conditions. See the box below for a summary of your key legal rights. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect your legal rights.
1.2 Should you pay the annual recurring Membership Fee and then change your mind, you have 14 days from the original date your Membership is granted to cancel the Member Services from within your account and receive a refund of the Membership Fee, however once you have accessed the Member Services (even if this is during such 14 day period) you are not entitled to a refund of any of the Membership Fee you have paid. If you wish to cancel your annual recurring subscription a 14 day cancellation notification is required via your secure personal account.

a) If your product is digital content, for example a mobile phone app or a subscription to a music streaming service, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality: |
b) If your digital content is faulty, you’re entitled to a repair or a replacement. |
c) If the fault can’t be fixed, or if it hasn’t been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can get some or all of your money back. |
d) If you can show the fault has damaged your device and we haven’t used reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation. |
Access to The Workers Union website is governed by a unique username and password. The username and password are part of a digital online services system which protects the security of the member’s only information, payments areas for membership, membership renewal, updating members personal profile, members communications dashboard and members registration. This will be de-activated if membership is cancelled. The Workers Union reserves the right to charge a handling fee (50% of the original fee).
